Donald R. Vaughan, Attorney, has been
practicing law for thirty-three years. He is a native of Greensboro, North
Carolina, attended its public schools as a youth, and has served on its City
Council. Today, he practices law from an office in downtown Greensboro.

Donald R. Vaughan, Attorney, holds a Juris
Doctorate from Wake Forest University. He also attended the University of North
Carolina at Chapel Hill, and American University in Washington, where he
received a Master in Public Administration in 1976.
