Governor James B. Hunt, whereupon he served as an attorney to the Governor’s
small and large business councils.
In 1991, Donald R. Vaughan, Attorney was elected to the Greensboro
City Council where he served two terms as Mayor Pro Tem. He was later elected
to the North Carolina State Senate where he served for 4 years.
